Gentileman taking phone order for a funeral/sympathy arrangement seemed put-out by the call. Wanted to know who it was for and what I had in mind prior to telling me if he could have the arrangement for a funeral the following day. He was all sighing and seemed frustrated. I explained I was calling from out of State, so I would rather ship the flowers than have him go out of his way. THey call ended.
