Overall, James and Kristy were very easy to deal with. They responded promptly to our request for an estimate. We were pleased with the estimate compared to others we received for this job, so we paid the deposit and got on their schedule. From there, it went well. James showed up each day on time. At the end of each work day, we never had to wonder what they had been working on all day. There was considerable progress daily, so we felt like he worked hard when he was on the job. We are very happy with the quality of the work. James tiled the new shower from the floor to almost the ceiling. He recognized problems, and found creative solutions to them...simple things that could have turned into serious issues. We appreciated the fact that he thought far enough ahead in order to prevent these things. All in all, we are very happy with Halo.
