We had a Kenwood CD/recceiver installed in March 2008. We've been back three times in order to get the radio to pick up local FM and AM radio stations. The last itme was two weeks ago when a "new part" was ordered and installed with the exact same result - no radio reception. The people are nice and friendly, which you would expect from a a small business, but the unfortunate outcome is they cannot find why the radio works improperly and make necessary repairs.
