I am truly impressed with this company. I had an issue with our company's network and called them for a quote. They provided a quick quote and were able to give me some suggestions for free over the phone. I tried what they said, and after no avail, they sent a technician out within an hour. The tech was excellent and easily fixed our networking issue, and also fully optimized our computers. They are the only option some have for talking to their loved ones in prison yet they do NOT work with you. Whenever you call, no matter what time of the day or the week you can not get a live person without having to wait for two hours for a call back. Then they still don't help you. I paid $50 so I could talk to my husband. They put the money in the wrong place and I can not get them to move it to where it is supposed to be so that I can finally hear his voice. I have been trying for 6 months now and even when I ask for a supervisor I do not get any help. There has to be a better way. ...read more

These people are pretending to be a phone company, but really they are extortionists. I made a payment to them from my credit card, got one number wrong on the expiration date, and it locked up my account with them, but also held my money from my bank (debit card) AND collected from my credit card, and STILL put a block on incoming calls to my home.
