You must have posted this for the wrong agency. There has never been a "Mr. Meyers" that worked at the Liveoak Agency in Millbrook, AL. I have had my insurance there for years and have had nothing but superior service the entire time. ...read more

I spoke with a gentleman with this outfit (Mr.Meyers) and he was very rude, he was quite pushy and kept telling me to grab my credit card with out telling me what i was getting... Then to top it off, he asked me to hold, and evidently didnt think i could hear him. he was talking to a co worker and saying and i quote " close this old b!@#, i amd done talking to her, she won't give up the credit card numbers"i was bombarded for my visa for about ten more minutes and when i finally hung up. i was called back 3 more times.. i have already filled a complaint with the bbb, and they sadi i should go to the attorney general as well.. do not do business with these shady culprits. i wont!!!!!! ...read more
