I called this business to request a service call and the person that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful. He interrupted and kept loudly repeating, "Ma'm! Ma'm!". Needless to say I just advised him that I didn't need their service and called Frigidaire to report his inappropriate behavior. Not sure what his problem is...... ...read more
