Sunset Tanz is the BEST TANNING SPA I've been to in Huntsville, Madison or Athens!! I've lived in all 3 cities in the past 5 years and SUNSET IS WHERE ITS AT!!! :o) Sunclub is the way to go for the sunbeds and this past Christmas I went in for a Custom Spray tan and my color was AWESOME!!! If I ever have a problem, one of the managers or Bonnie or Deborah take care of me!! I wrote a disgruntled letter about the service and quality and the president wrote me back basically saying I was only one of 12,000 other customers and I should go back to Maine to tan and he actually BANNED ME from their stores...good, because I don't want to use a bad product. The lotions are way overpriced. Go on ebay and find the exact same lotion for less than half the price with shipping. It's the same thing, but it's not James Harton ripping you off. I've never been so appalled at such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
