Audrey's arrangmnts are beautiful, however I had a problem. A friend bought an arrangmnt and I ordered an arrangmnt to be made similar to it. The one I received was pretty, but was not as natural looking. I was told, by the owner, that I could return it or they could redo it. She said we will do what it takes to make you happy. The florist was in the process of making changes for me when the owner said, "you will have to charge her labor for redoing that arrangmnt." The florist looked caught off guard. I asked her how much are we talking about, she said 10 or 20, whatever SHE (the owner)says. I asked for a refund. If it had close, I wouldn't have a problem. I think I should have recvd a call telling me there would be substitutions. I do not feel I should have been expected to pay extra for what I should have gotten in the first place. ...read more
