Changing The industry
I worked for 2 appliance repair companies in Birmingham Alabama for the last 10 years. I learned how to not only repair appliances but to form long lasting relationships with my customers. Many customers would ask if I owned the company. At the time I was glad I didn't. I resigned from my job at the end of January 2018 and started my own Appliance Repair Company. Since that time I have not only learned to set up and run a business but also how to market the business online. My goal is by year end to have a second business helping other businesses improve their presence online. A very exiting and busy time in my life right now. I am 40 years old and really needed to begin building a Legacy for myself. No longer are we charging for pickup&return; of televisions. Frankly, our goal is to fix all televisions in the home, but sometimes that is impossible. In the few cases where we need to bring the TV into the shop, we're now offering free pickup and return.
