Job done hurriedly and sloppy.
Technician was very polite and nice but seemed stressed about how long the job would take plus I was told when scheduling that he would be out between 9-12. He didn't arrive until 12 and I had to leave around 2:45. The technician needed help getting my range back in place so it is still not in the original position plus the rubber gasket was torn and mangled. Not a satisfactory job.
Fast and helpful service. Will certainly use again.

No longer are we charging for pickup&return; of televisions. Frankly, our goal is to fix all televisions in the home, but sometimes that is impossible. In the few cases where we need to bring the TV into the shop, we're now offering free pickup and return. My apologies to the Beatles, But this seems to be an appropriate song to have in your head when thinking about the economy now. Things do seem to be getting a little bit better, more positive. I'll keep politics out of this, and say that despite all that is going on right now, it looks like America will pull out of another nose dive and be awesome again. It's about time.
