I literally had to just walk out of this restaurant. I walked in to order and I saw about four employees with 1 customer in front of me so surely I'm thinking this shouldn't take long. There was a manager sitting to the right seeming to be doing paperwork initially. The customer ahead of me seemed to be buying gift cards which no one seemed to understand how this worked. I attempted to be patient however I g begin looking around and observed 2 employees with cell phones. One with her phone on her shoulder with her neck to the side talking while the other was on a bluetooth. The manager eventually came over to help the cashier but thwy then they begin to go back and forth about how complete the gift card transactions. I sat in the line at this point at least 10 min with not even an acknowledgement of my presence. At this point I had to leave. There was no professonalism, no smiles and the lack of customer service was horrible. I know that there has to be a better way. ...read more
