I bought my Ashcraft Cookware in 1980 via a demonstration at the school where I taught in Birmingham, Ala. I have used it continually since that time. The cookware has been wonderful, except for the large 7quart pot. the layers on the bottom have lifted. I have called for replacement since it had a lifetime warranty. However, I have been told they "Didn't make it, so I would have to go back to the manufacturer". In my opinion, my agreement was with Ashcraft and they should have the responsibility to replace.
