I called and set up an appointment yesterday to groom and bathe a yorkie poo. I gave her the address and we agreed on a time. We met up at the Loves truck stop and she trailed me to the house cause she was unfamiliar with the area. She started complaining about regularly servicing us. I asked her for a groom and bath she said she should just give her back to me cause she doesn't know how much she's gonna get paid and if she'll be able to do this. I asked how much do you charge instead of telling me she's handing my dog back to me and said this is too far to come. I don't understand why even if she couldn't do repeat service she didn't just service us then and there. She's already here. Then she asks for gas money. First you have an attitude and won't do the job but now I have to pay you gas money. Why can't you do the job and get the gas money? We have really enjoyed our Pet Stop Fence! Our dogs could break out of Alcatraz, but Pet Stop has contained them. The dogs are happier and we are able to spend more time with them. now that they can roam the yard. The five-star reviews must be phony. I ordered a cat door from them, immediately saw that I needed to return. Requested a return authorization multiple times per their policy, by email and phone, and it took almost two months to issue. The item was shipped in late July, returned in early August with mail confirmation. It is November, and they still have not issued a credit to my card. Either exceedingly incompetent or a hoax.
