Absolutely the worst service I ever received!!!! Viet Hoa Nguyen was rude and should be ban from doing nails. I have been going there since 2011 and this will be my last time. So I was getting my nails done by a male and I can't recall his name... 4 of my nails that he place on my hand was not straight. So he tried to fix it and he couldn't. So he call Viet Hoa Nguyen to help. She couldn't fix them either. She proceeds to tell me that my hands are not straight. Really??? Ma'am I've been getting my nails done for a long time and I have never had that problem. She then tells me I can leave and go somewhere else. I told her that's fine but she needs to take the nails off. She cuts the nails off on the side and said ok. I almost slap her in her face because she went to deep. I then told her I was not going somewhere else to pay some one to take these nails off for their mistake. After going back and forth she then pours some acetone and tells me to do it myself. I don't have license to it myself. To use their drill and stuff. So I got it off and left. I will be reporting them and i advise everyone to stay away because service is horrible! I wouldnt refer my dog in their to get a manicure, if I had one. Sam did an awful job on my nails. Once I set outside and saw how bad he really did, I went back in asking if they could redo my nails, the OWNER said yes at first, once he sat down he started going off on me. Told me that I come in there an complain all of the time. I told him that I HAVE NEVER been here before, so what are u talking about. Well of course he never fixs my nails nor would he give a refund. I went over there because I didnt feel like driving to McCalla. THIS WAS TRULY A BOUGHT LESSON .... ONLY SPEND YOUR MONEY IN PLACES WHERE U KNOW THAT U ARE GOING TO GET GREAT SERVICE!
