I literally had to just walk out of this restaurant. I walked in to order and I saw about four employees with 1 customer in front of me so surely I'm thinking this shouldn't take long. There was a manager sitting to the right seeming to be doing paperwork initially. The customer ahead of me seemed to be buying gift cards which no one seemed to understand how this worked. I attempted to be patient however I g begin looking around and observed 2 employees with cell phones. One with her phone on her shoulder with her neck to the side talking while the other was on a bluetooth. The manager eventually came over to help the cashier but thwy then they begin to go back and forth about how complete the gift card transactions. I sat in the line at this point at least 10 min with not even an acknowledgement of my presence. At this point I had to leave. This Hardee's has made an incredible turn around over the last year. The managers and the employees are all friendly and seem to really care about taking care of the guests. The breakfasts are slamming! The Hardee's just added a mexican product called Red Burrito. AWESOME food! Kills Taco Bell and any other texmex around! \t\n\t\nThe restaurant was recently remodeled too. It looks really nice inside! Great music; comfortable chairs - a real diner atmosphere. I love the table service - an added plus!!! They've always had it but not it seems so much more appealing with the new digs!\t\n\t\nI definately recommend it!!!! 5-star for sure! ...read more
