DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Have to agree with the 1 star ratings. Rented a side-by-side for a hunting trip. When I unloaded the machine my friends noted how low the ground clearance was. Hadn't even loaded my gear yet. Put less than 200 lbs. of gear in, and had about 7" of ground clearance. Factory specs say 12". Needless to say, the machine gave me nothing but problems. I got stuck in every single mud hole, and got pulled out by other hunters with the exact same side-by-side. The drive wouldn't engage properly. I bottomed out on the tiniest of bumps and rocks. The dump bed broke loose going over a bump and dumped all my gear into a mud hole. Absolutely ruined a hunting trip that I spent months planning. I was told by an employee that I didn't need to clean the machine before returning, and the first thing the owner told me when returning it was that he was going to have to charge me a cleaning fee, and then started to write up charges for parts that were broken when I picked it up. I paid $1,200 for 5 days (rip off to start) and then settled on paying just under $500 in damages just cause I was tired of dealing with it. I thought it was over. Then I got a call from the owner claiming additional damage, and that it was my fault that the ground clearance was so low. This machine was a piece of junk when I picked it up. I rode on the same trails with dozens of other sided by sides and dozens of ATV's and nobody else had these problems. $1,700 for a crappy weekend hunting trip. Look somewhere else. ...read more

My cousin rented an ATV from them, and when we brought it back, they charged us a cleaning fee of $60!! No where in the contract does it state anything with the stipulation of a cleaning fee.These people will try to nickel and dime you to death, including $10 a gallon for gas if you dont bring it back full...Come on... this isn't the AK business profile we need here.. ...read more

I rented an ATV from this place with the understanding that there was a 1000 VERIFACATION instead they took the 1000 dollars out of my account and overdrawn the account leaving me with - 100 when i go to return the machine i ask them to put the money back so i can put gas in it AND THEY SAID NO. so they charged me 10 dollars per gallon to fuel it. i will never rent from here again. ...read more
