Alaska public entity insurance is lousy. To start with the district did not file in a timely manner and caused delays. Then when they did file APEI has not answered their phones or even returned phone calls. Rather than give my case the review and hearing expected and mandated by legislation, they immediately became litigious and have refused to pay on medical bills and lost income.
