I have been to dozens of Harley dealerships all around the world and I have never been treated the poorly. All I wanted was to get a cost estimate for some damage on my bike when they told me that they would charge me $220 min just to look at a few scratches on my Harley (no that is not to repair the scratches just to look at them). When I asked why they want to charge me that I was told and I quote “BECAUSE WE ARE THE ONLY HARLEY DEALER UP HERE”. So I asked is there any way we can include this charge in the estimate and the service rep said that he would have to go ask the service manager. 15-20 minutes later and still no manager when a different person behind the counter asked me if he could help me and the person “the service manager” who is standing right beside him talking says oh I think he is the person I’m supposed to be helping. I have bought parts from the parts counter before and those guys there were great very respectful and helpful. I have never been treated like this from a service center before!
