they don't deserve a star. I went in there today and the girls were sittin on their chairs like theiy're hungover. don't even look professional, I understand their location is not in the best place but I could not believe the service. I asked her a question and her response was "HAH!" "WHAT?!!!" I just turned around and filled out my application and when I turned it in to her, she implied to wait on the side, it'll be a while so she can help the other person behind me, this lady jus walked out, but she mentioned that she is gonna help her because she's paying her loan off. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? She jus handed me back my application....I couldn't believe it...I asked for the manager and the other gal that jus blew me off when I asked for help earlier, she jus said, "IM THE MANAGER!" WHY?
