We went to Jungle Jim's simply for a couple remnants for the kitchen and the bathroom and went away completely satisfied. Plus: Helpful in store expertise. Good in store customer service. Negatives: Installer crew seemed unable to determine what needed to be done from their own job work order. I received calls informing me “my place wasn’t ready for install” when in fact it was. When the crew/company finally figured out what was to be done they performed additional work that was NOT requested, nor on the work order. Nearly one month later, I get a call for an additional $90.00 charge for "additional prep." When I pointed out the crew failed to install all required transitions, the company offered to to install at no charge. Here’s the killer: The not requested work was “free” because the install goofed but I was charged for “additional prep.” Folks, nobody works for free! I was charged for work not requested.
