$15 for a haircut is awesome but the lack of quality is no good. When I trust you with my hair I expect a real good haircut, not just sit, snip and go! I'd rather pay a little more money, but get a wash, a well shaped cut, and some styling. I was real happy to go there before and recommended this salon to all my friends, but unfortunately my hair requires a little more attention. I love the atmosphere there too. Having a salon in a little house is something completely different than going to the typical hair place. Everyone was super nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I think the staff at Salon Ivy is very professional. I have always received very good color (in fact one fo the best color I have ever gotten) and great haircuts. I won't lie, I am pretty easy to please as far as the artistry of hair is concerned but I am kinda picky when it comes to customer service. I have never had a bad experience at Salon Ivy and my hair has never looked better. This place is a gem as I have not gone back to several salons in town just because of customer service. I can get my hair cut several places in town and a lot of stylists don't seem to remember that. ...read more
