I strive to help my patients achieve optimal health by using acupuncture, bodywork, and herbal medicine to treat a multitude of disorders, from acute and chronic pain to stress, insomnia, fatigue, and digestive problems. I combine traditional and modern acupuncture techniques, and almost always include massage in each individually tailored treatment. I accept most medical insurance plans, and aim to work with you to insure that treatment is affordable. I specialize in treating acute or chronic pain, such as that caused by overuse or stress, sports injuries, sprains, strains, muscle fatigue, cramps, spasms, headaches, low back pain, and sciatica. I also treat digestive, respiratory, and mental-emotional disorders, insomnia, menstrual irregularities, and reproductive/sexual disorders, just to name a few.

I am fully licensed (CA #13394) and insured by the American Acupuncture Council. Come visit me at My Acu Spa, a newly renovated spa/clinic located a block from the ocean in beautiful Pacific Beach. The atmosphere at the spa is warm, friendly, and relaxing. We also have an esthetician, nutritionist, herbalist, yoga therapist, and chiropractor on site.
