I was working with The Loan Source to get an approval for a new purchase. Initially all seemed fine, but when they didn't call me back the first time, I was wondering if they were too busy.
The second time they were late by a week. Now finally after 3 weeks I still have not heard back. I would give them 0 stars, they are good at talking, but no follow up at all. I think they don't know what the are doing ... ;-)
How do they make money, also there closing cost is very high.
