I have had an auto loan with KPCU since 2006. When I first financed my vehicle, Key Point was definitely not my first choice but they are the only finance company the dealership works with. I have had nothing but problems since day one and I am so dissatisfied with their service. I pay my car note through my online banking system and for some reason, Key Point does not take elctronic payments from Bank of America (come on! It's 2011!!!), so a check must be printed and mailed. This process some times takes over a week because KPCU does not cash the check right away thus making the payments late. Can you believe, my care note was late 2 days and I received like 4 calls and a threat for repossession!! They are not bordering criminal behavior (as someone previously mentioned), they are a bunch of crooks. I'm so ready to move on! ...read more

I had a auto loan with Keypoint that was discharged through Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2005. It is now 6 years later and Keypoint has yet to correct their records. They continue to show the loan in repossession in 2011, AFTER the credit report has been challenged. They are unresponsive, unprofessional and bordering on criminal. ...read more
