No follow through and no phone calls returned
In mid January we had work done out in Johnson County. SCS Concrete Plus laid a fairly large portion of concrete driveway and it all came out good except for the portion that sloped towards the garage. We did not discover this until the first rain storm just how bad the slope was and the amount of water in our garage. We called SCS and they came out and saw the leak first hand and had a repair crew come out and cut a portion of the concrete out and attempted to relay it with quick Crete to fix it. The first week of February it rained again and rain water was still collecting in the garage. To this day, March 12th, 2013, we've called and left NUMEROUS messages with SCS Concrete Plus and keep getting ignored.
When we try from different phones he will answer and promise to come out the following Saturday or Monday and not show up. We call again with our phone numbers and continue to get ignored. This is very poor customer service and we plan to take this issue up with the BBB and
