Hi, we are Safeguard America, your LOCAL authorized ADT dealer. We are a truly statewide dealer. We service in Colorado from border to border. We have been one of ADTs most reputable and premier Dealers for over ten years.
We know that as a customer you want to know who you are doing business with, so keeping that in mind we have established a few policies that we try to live by every day.
#1 When you call a business, you should be able to talk to a live person. While we are a large company, we are still your local company; we have taken steps to ensure that you always have a way to live contact your personal representative.
#2 Weekend and evening installs! WOW, do you know how many companies we have talked to that think this is crazy? Their belief is, you get what you get, WE believe YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT, obviously within reason of course.
#3 Honest and upfront consultation! Let’s not play games, if you’re contacting us it’s because you know that there is a need for home security. We know the best ways to provide that security. So any of our reps will tell you what the current promotion is, what we recommend, and what you need. No gimmicks, no double talk.
#4 Customer service is our claim to fame!!! Our business is mostly word of mouth… for a very good reason. You tell us what is wrong, and we will bend over backwards to make it right! Who says you can’t please everyone all the time?!
#5 We pay our customers!!! WHAT?!! That’s right, how many times have you recommended a restaurant or a movie to someone? Did you ever get a gratuity check from the theatre? How about even a free dinner? Advertizing is expensive and quite honestly in these economic times everyone needs all the money they can get, so if you are a customer of Safeguard Your Home, and you recommend anyone to us, WE WILL SEND YOU A $100 CHECK, once they are installed. After all, you deserve it!
