My business is a big part of my life, and it's good to give back. Last weekend I donated two of my trees. The event was for Jodi Quintana who is fighting Cancer. I ended up staying with my sister and niece and great-nieces helping Sis Martinez work the raffle table. It was a 6 hour event with door prizes and raffle prizes and lots of very, very good food. Also, my sister Marie and I were invited to the JeffCo Fairgrounds in Adams county on February 23, 24, 25 of 2007. We demostrated our love of wire sculpting by making gemstone trees and explaining our techniques. The Denver Gem & Mineral Guild had over 300 visitors checking out all the different booths set up. Saturady there was over 700 visitors and another 300 plus on Sunday. We received many great compliments on our trees.
