This place is not safe environment for anyone to live in. Letting people know to protect the rest of society from future contact or harm by Ian.
Ian openly brags about how he works under the table and hides his money from the government (covered up by an inheritance). He is known for not paying his workers as well. He is untrustworthy, he will ALWAYS rip you off, and he has no integrity in his work. Do not work with him or live in his home.
