I already sent one message, but am going to send this one also. A number of years ago, we had a flood in one room of our home, and your company replaced the carpet for us then, and we also at that time purchased enough to carpet the rest of our home, and we also had a credit balance. We have never been given an accounting of what our credit balance is, but we were told by the older gentleman to not pay anything else on the account till we are ready for the carpet. We were told the carpet would be held in the warehouse till we are ready for it to be laid. My husband called every so often to update you on what was going on in our family and why we were not ready for it yet. My wife had two heart attacks, bypass surgery, and other major things go on, and I was very ill for a few years, so we were in no position to move furniture around, nor can we do it now.
We need to know what our credit balance is, and how much more we need to pay to have the carpet laid. We are also thinking of possibly having hardwood put into our living room, dinning room, and hall instead of carpet. If you could please contact Harlan Johnson @ 479-622-9586.
