I would give this place 0 stars if I could. If you don't want to read the whole review here is a summary- they resized my ring, didn't re-tighten my setting without being asked (even though they loosened it), and then put a chip in the pavillion of my stone (and I am absolutely certain it was not there prior to handing it to them) and did not admit accountability to any of these... I am never going here again and I suggest if you have something very dear to you, do not take it here AND ALWAYS TAKE CLOSE UP PICTURES OF YOUR ITEM BEFORE!
