Terrible place to get your hair colored or cut!! Total and complete waste of money. You are better off doing it yourself ! They talk your brains off and fail to pay attention to their work. I use to go to this salon years ago (1990's) and returned recently to check it out again. I understand it is now owned by the same company which also owns Supercuts, which speaks for itself. The stylist was 20 minutes late. He then asked what I wanted done. When I asked for suggestions, he said he was going on break and would return when I made up my mind what I wanted. When he returned, he insisted I pay in advance because the cashier wanted to close out the register early. If I hadn't already paid I would have walked out, wet hair and all. The cut was ok, but not great (think Supercut quality). The price was insane for the quality of the cut and experience. The store's manager was in earshot of all of this and did nothing. Save your money and try somewhere else. This is simply a training school for new stylists, many of whom are clearly not ready for paying customers. ...read more

I had a great haircut here by a senior stylist, and I think this is the way to go, if you're a newcomer to the salon, and have ample budget. I tried a junior stylist as well, to try to cut costs, and I wasn't happy at all - I think she had recently finished the Vidal Sassoon School - not that that necessarily means a person can't cut yet! Anyway - it's expensive, and I feel like you should get a great cut with a junior or senior stylist. I'm looking elsewhere, but if you find the right person here, you may just luck out.
