Made by hand, fresh, delicious, U.S.D.A inspected Tuesday - Friday for wholesale and also retail sales. Custom cutting done on Saturdays. Helpful folks their to answer my questions and they give you samples to taste, YUMMY !!

sausage order
the first time we order 25 lbs- they followed the recipe my mother had from Italy.
The second time I ordered - they pawned off their idea of Italian Sausage and not what was ordered I would have gotten better for less at Walmarts.
The idea of ordering special made is to get what you know as real Italian Sausage not someone who isn't even Italian!!!
First time 5 stars after that not even a one
