J & L Carpet

We're in love with our floors. We had hardly any idea what we wanted but the people at J&L was extremely patient and professional. I felt like they really appreciated our buisness. It's family owned and operated and me and my wife agreed we wouldnt want to spend our money anywhere else. I wish there was more people out there like these guys. A++++

Estimate for job was $2500 less than others- had 2 long rooms running side by side, flooring for 1 room. When came to install, est was for flooring to be installed widthwise NOT lengthwise (vinyl to look like wood planks). Would have had adjoining rooms with planks running lengthwise in 1, widthwise in other:( Corrected est brought to same price as other estimates. Flooring not delivered to acclimate to temp and "relax" so have 1/4- 1/2" gaps where runs joined- have had reglued but still curl up and gaps noticeable. Where trimmed along walls and door thresholds, large uneven hacking cuts that do fit under the shoemold nor the thresholds. Looks terrible. Would give negative stars if I could, $10k worth of shabby shoddy flooring that needs to be replaced since issues are not fixable.

Weather it is carpet or any other type of flooring, J & L offer the best price and customer service, that you can want. They are professional and provide the best service in our area. We love our carpet and laminate flooring and this small business should be supported by our community!
