I am 70 years old, so I am not the most patient woman on the universe. I went into the Frontage Road location at 2 pm, Monday, May 16. One customer was at the register and she was questioning the amount of a discount and the manager had to come out and confirm the amount. After the order was taken, I expected to be asked if I could be helped. Instead, the counterperson turned to her left and asked another person for their order. I had obviously not stood in the right spot. It was my first time in the store and I was not aware there was a designated line. The counter person saw me there, she could have said "Excuse me, but the line is to your right." Instead she left me to figure it out for myself after she took another's order. By then there were two more people in line. I had just finished a project and I had to drive on to another location. So,I took myself across the street to McDonalds. It may not taste as well, but I can figure out where the line is.
