LIES - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
This company is horrible. These positive reviews must be from the employees. Unprofessional, unorganized! Worst interaction we have had in a professional setting. DON'T DO IT! Go somewhere else.
By Drew May 04, 2012 at 03:58 PMSTAY AWAY!!!! SERIOUSLY
I have already told everyone I know, so in the interest of those of you not in my circle, please protect yourselves. This company is a joke. They have no business savvy whatsoever and are in it to act like they are helping you, but have no idea what they are truly doing. You'll lose money and regret you ever walked in the door. I had a bad feeling when the process got started, and I should have trusted my gut. STAY AWAY!!!!
By Shana310 at Citysearch May 04, 2012 at 03:55 PMNot a true closing cost loan
First, it took four months to close, sometimes we would go weeks and didn't hear anything. Then we arrived at closing and suprise, we were supposed to have brought a check for approx. one thousand dollars for closing fees. Granted we didn't have to start paying on the new mortgage for one month, but this is unethical and should be outlawed.
