I wanted to thank your driver, Scot, who took my order ...AND...delivered the container. Not only was he able to deliver the container that very same day, but he was so helpful when I called to get a quote. He helped me get exactly what I needed as far as packing sup...plies and even told me that I didnt need to get as many boxes as I thought....when he could have just sold me what I asked for...but he didnt and that says a lot about your customer service training.

No, don't use, beware, beware, beware
Cross country move NC-AZ, the coordinator seemed always confused when communicating schedules. Drop off in AZ at apartment complex was the worst, we had two 8X12 could only take half of the items in one, taking the rest to a different storage facility. So much stalling ...and scheduling and you have to be there. On top of that I was told it was my responsibility to control all the cars at my apartment complex, if you are doing an apartment, don't use, if you are moving long distance don't use, if you would like communication to be understood don't use, or at least want some sense of customer service, don't use.

Poor, rude, unresponsive customer service. Unable to follow pick up and delivery committments (even when schedule with lots of advanced notice). Completely unhelpful and unresponsive management. Way over priced for the lack of service provided. They didn't show to pick... up my container the date it was schedule for delivery and when I called to inquire they had it listed as "in transit" even though it was sitting in front of my house. Once they finally picked it up they never bothered to deliver it and my long distance move coordinator failed to notice, communicate to me or "coordinate" my move. Waited in my empty new home while my container sat in storage for weeks. Still waiting to find out if they plan to honor my insurance for damage done and my their 100% satisfaction guarantee... I am not even 1% satisfied. I paid WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for this poor customer service.
