Searching for a Home Inspector in Tulsa, OK from a distance (NY) was not so easy. I searched through Google which listed so many of them it made my task even more difficult, but I got on the phone and began calling them one by one and carefully listening to what they had to say. After screening most of the Home Inspectors, I decided to contract with Charles Cravens who was very comforting when we spoke. He sounded as though he truly knew his business. I met him at the house on the day of the inspection. He diligently looked over the house with a keen eye which was exactly what I wanted. I could tell that Charles was extremely experienced at this. He took time to explain things to me and not just looking to hurry through my inspection, which I also thought was very rewarding.
