My wife and I were looking into a house we really liked but wanted to get it inspected anyway before we signed anything. We were very lucky to get someone who knew what they were doing. Mr. Zelch found an issue with the septic system that the owner "neglected" to mention and would have cost over $5000 to fix! We had no idea the kinds of things this guy would look at and were not thrilled to spend $400 just to have someone take a look at the house, but we are so thankful we did. Can't thank him enough.
