Amazing Deals!
Being a single lady it's often hard to find good deals on things like appliances, cars, ect. since I don't know much about them, I often get taken advantage of & end up paying more. I was in great need of a washer & dryer. Due to a limited budget, I really needed good deal. All Star Appliance gave me such an amazing deal, better than I ever imagined. horrible customer service
A bought a new stove from All Star Appliances a couple weeks ago. It has been almost two weeks since I wrote the check. So I called and asked when the check would go through. The lady who answered the phone had the worst attitude about my simple question. She told me I would know when it goes through. Once again I asked if she could find out the status of my check. She told me it was on a desk and they would get to it when they get around to it. Easily the worst customer service I have ever delt with. She had the biggest attitude with me the whole time. I have been a customer for as long as I can remember. However after being treated this badly I will never buy from them again.
