Unfriendly and uncaring staff
I had a breast augmentation at the San Diego location and the staff was VERY unfriendly. The procedure turned out fine, but I was very unhappy with the staff. The whole time they were "selling" me they were nice, but once I had committed to the procedure, that was completely over and I was treated like a number. You can definitely find better in San Diego, don't let their pretty website fool you.
