House of Vacuums HP

I searched almost every box store to find filter bags for my old Hoover upright... The guy at the Home Depot told me to try House of Vacuums in High Point. They special oreded the bags I needed and two days later I received a friendly phone call to say they arrived...

While visiting my Grandparents over the weekend I was shocked at a customer service story they shared with me. Being as I work in a business that our customer service is TOP priority I was completely appalled to hear of a local business treating a customer with such distaste & unprofessionalism. In attempting to order a specific item needed they were prompted to pay up front, which typically is not a problem. However, the last time they had special ordered something through House of Vacuums after paying up front promises of a specific backorder date were broken once a week for 6 months, Not wanting to relive this particular fate they opted to have them order it with a promise of a phone call once in & they would pick up and pay at the same time. After 6 weeks of waiting on for their special order they entered the store to check on the B/O of the item. They were told that the House of Vacuums sold the remaining stock to another source and they would not Sell to my Grandparents until pay
