This company claims to be a Christian organization; however its operator (female) has zero respect for others property, including property owned but her customers. On 2/28/2008, this company sent out its garbage collection unit to do its business as normal. However this time it included dumping a weeks worth of trash in my neighbor?s and my own yard. When I called to ask why, the female operator told me that she was picking up her trash bin (for late payment, on which there was no bill sent out for me to pay). Her explanations for her actions were it is her company policy not to send out second notices. I have spent the past four hours (10-2) cleaning up their mess. Mold however needs the right environment to grow: Ø High Moisture or high humidity Ø Food (any organic substance) Ø The right temperature Ø Lack of ventilation Mold presents greater challenges to young children, the elderly and other immune-suppressed people. Some mold can produce toxins if the environment conditions are right. The good news is there are things you can do to reduce the growth of mold. The key to keeping mold problems from occurring is to deal with water and moisture problems quickly. You can help to keep your insurance costs down and protect your property as well. The most important step you can take is to identify and humidity, moisture or water damage problems before mold issues can arise. Do not procrastinate if you have a problem. Get help from a professional company to make sure the problem is resolved and doesn't become a much larger issue later. With proper maintenance you can help to reduce the potential for mold issues.
