Wyoming Place

These apartments are managed by the worst management company I have ever seen. Approx. SEVEN MONTHS after moving out of these apartments, I was contacted by a collection agency that said the apartment management had turned me in for a "debt" I owed. When I asked what debt it was, they said it was for damaged carpet.
The carpet had been damaged when my HORRIBLE apartment flooded. TWICE!! The damage was not caused by me. I have disputed the claim but it continues to ruin my credit as they will not remove it from collection and will not call me back about it. The apartment office blames everything on the "corporate" office, which is in Ohio or someplace, and I can not get a response from anyone. Warning to anyone who is thinking about this pace: There is FLOODING, BUGS, and BAD MANAGEMENT.
