Windsor Village Apartments

Windsor Village is HUD Moderate Rehabilitation. That is The Housing Authority of The City of Tulsa (Tulsa Housing Authority, or THA) pays an outrageously high rent to provide shelter for the less economically advantaged. That incredibly high rent is supposed to help the property owners revive the structures.

Nothing like that is happening. The property owners are just taking the money, but doing NOTHING to maintain or improve the structures.

Out of four managers, in the past year, only one had any integrity. The owners didn't keep him long. The owners prefer liars and cheats.

The weekend before Easter, the ceiling in the bedroom where I slept collapsed. I and my bed were drenched in cold water and old insulation along with chunks of soggy drywall.

Rather than repair the roof and ceiling, the owners have elected to evict me. That costs a lot less money.

DO NOT come here, if you have any other choice!

One star is one too many. It's too bad they don't go NEGATIVE!

The is currently little or no management of this property, Plz address this situation for those families that need housing. The property is in limbo right now.
