New hearing aids required

I was referred to this facility by my insurance because of proximity to my home. The staff was diligent in ensuring that the devices I received were comfortable and provided the necessary amplification to reduce my hearing loss. In addition, they worked with me to make the devices more affordable as the devices were very expensive. They are a fine example of small town America that is not seen very often.

I would rate them lower if there were one! When I went to them I owned the 12 chanel Unitron hearing aids. I didn't feel I had very good support through the company or its representatives. I was sold on the whole concept put forth by Martha and Bob they seemed genuine and bought the Starke system in hopes they would be good to there word,nothing could be further from the truth. Shortlly after I purchased Starke they switched brands to Unitron. I had a problem with the touch controls on the Starke units and they agreed to swap them for a system that would" work better for me". Little did I know I was to wind up with less than I had walked in the door with when I first came to them. They had sent my Starke aids back for a refund and given me a set of Unitron aids with 4 chanels less than the ones I came in with. I complained so they offered me 1/2 of my money back. I suppose this has been a cheap lesson only cost me $3,700.00 to learn all isn't what it sounds like.660-281-6842

Beware of Business

They proudly advertise “Money Back Guarantee” to lure unsuspecting customers. After racking up a bill of thousands of dollars and being unable to meet customers expectations; they REFUSE to refund ANY monies paid. They only cite their sales receipt stating, “Versaillies Hearing allows a 45-day trial period to evaluate if the hearing aid(s) enables the patient to hear better and if they provide comfort”. They interpret this to mean that THEY Versaillies has 45 days, and the customer MUST keep the aids for 45 days. I don’t know where their business insights come from, but trial periods/evaluation periods are for consumer protection and satisfaction! The consumer, by signing this sales receipt, has done nothing more than entered into a conditional agreement. The consumer, by keeping the aids for ANY amount of time and returning the aids within the “45-day trial period” has completed their good faith effort under this conditional contract.
