Rocky Mountain Hearing Aid Center

I have hearing aids from rocky mountain hearing in Great Falls, Mt, and if you have any problems with your aids, you might think of going to another company, as this one, if you have any problems you can only get service on them on Wed or Thur and than they can be booked and you can''t get in in to see them. I'm not faulting the hearing aid, its just that all other hearing companys offer at least 5 days a week that you can see them.

I was fitted for hearing aids on December 16, 2009, and received them on December 21, 2009. I followed their correct procedures and since they "drove me nuts" ie, anything in my ear, I returned them on January 4th to their Missoula office. I asked for a refund (ie, credit to my credit card and Missoula office could not do it. It is now January 10th 2010 and I have received no credit of the 2,445 due me on each of the credit cards. Nor I have been contacted by them. it apppears they are ignoring me and working on my money.
