Sparkles the clown came for my sons 4th birthday. I was very disappointed and much less than impressed with her attitude and performance. When I called the company back with my concerns there were only excuses and the repetition of "it's written in the contract" that I never received until days after my complaint. The response to my complaint from the clown herself were unacceptable as well. I was made to feel like it was my fault that I was unimpressed. All in all, not worth the money. Was told they've trained with Wringling Brothers and worked with Disney and was told it would be an energetic show and it was anything but any of that. I normally don't write reviews etc but I was so disappointed with the performance and the response to my complaint that I had to. On the other hand, my child's cake was phenomenal and will recommend her to anyone who will listen! Cydni Lane cakes met more than my expectations.
