Precision Locksmith Service

I needed my business locks rekeyed and called several locksmiths in the Portland area. I ended up having Precision come out as the person on the phone was very helpful. The technician that came out was professional, polite, and took obviously took pride in his work. They were not the least expensive but seemed way more professional than the others I called. They are the ones I will call again!

Had to call a few times and they didn't even answer their phone. After I finally got a hold of them I was seriously waiting for close to 40 minutes! It was unbelievable! I was stuck nearby Beaverton so I didn't understand why they were so late. When the guy decided to show up, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or anything! Even though on their business phone when I first called them they told me they would have someone at my location in about 15 minutes. So yeah....I got pretty annoyed! Last time I use these rude people!
