Expertise knowlege is Bologna!
The employees are young and unwilling to help or even put you through to someone that will help. \t\nThe owner doesn't seem to care either.\t\n

Do Not Hire Stones River Property Management
I hired Stones River Property Management to manage two of my rental homes and I've had nothing but problems with these folks. First of all, their monthly statements are convoluted and when I question some of the charges on the invoices, the staff give me an unsatisfactory response or they seem annoyed that I want an explanation. It took them over six months to find me a tenant for a vacant unit. They did not get moving until I became very stern and demanded to speak to the owner of the company. I continue to get service with an attitude from Stones River Property Management and DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them for your property management needs.

Scam Artists? Just incompetent?
These guys are a joke. They manage my property in Nashville, TN and I've heard nothing but complaints from all the other owners as well. Every month, there's a useless charge for something or other. From the last manager the lawn maintenance went from $170/week to over $600 with them. Their bookkeeping is shody and inaccurate. They DO return phone calls, but stand in their own mess justifying every move made. I recently had to pay $250 for a job a handyman could have done for $40. I have legal fees with no prior notification and no explanation. We all paid something like $600 to have our dumpster area cleaned. DO NOT USE STONES RIVER!!!
