This review is in response to the taliban review. I agree 100%. When I lived there the maintanence man would just walk in without notice and then go back to the manager *who is his wife* and tell her all your business. The maintanence man will also walked in on me several times while sleeping saying he knocked, rung the doorbell, and said maintanence before entering. I dont care what you said if I didnt answer the door dont enter my home. Do you like ants? Do u like skunks sitting on your front porch? Do you like mice? How about broken appliances? Or Even no where to park because of lack of parking places? Well this place is for you!! Did I mention the constant police present because of a certain neighbor. Or the managers sister who likes to egg this certain neighbor on. How do you like invasion of privacy and having the managers sister *an apartment resident*, brother *maintanence*, or husband *maintanence* spy on you. So no I would not suggest this place to the taliban or hitler. ...read more

I agree completely with the "Taliban Review," and yes, they enter your unit without your consent; let alone missing items. The drunk Security guard? Yes, indeed. Not including the infestation of illegal activity that occurs throughout the community...including the staff, and the property manager's family lives adjacent to the office itself; WHAT A COUNTRY! ...read more

The property isnt fully handycap accessable, trash recipticles are too far for some tennants to reach if handycap or elderly. not all units have saftey railing at either the front or back entrance of them. Wild animals like skunks roam the grounds at night. Lawn care people are lazy. Check your lease if u still want to live there, there will be a violation of the uniform tennant act in section 8. inspection/repairs/improovements. it openly violates TN CODE 66-28-203 by trying to use TN CODE TCA 66-28-403 but terms and conditions over rule the TCA when they state you hereby grant permission for acess and WAIVE all requirements of notice for lanlord to enter premisis. Meaning you could be haveing an intament moment and get a visit... I DONT THINK SO. THIS IS A FEDERAL AND STATE LAW THEY ARE BREAKING ON A REGULAR BASIS. Would i recommend someone live there? HELL NO I WOULDN'T WISH THAT ON THE TALIBAN. Not to mention their drunk security guard that walks arround horassing tennants. ...read more
